摘  要:熔渣电导率是影响电渣重熔的重要物性参数,准确测定熔渣的电导率对优化电渣重熔工艺和降低电耗具有重要意义。本文分析了熔渣的导电机理,介绍了交流四探针法、新四电极法、模型估算电导率法等熔渣电导率测定方法,论述了影响这些方法准确度的主要因素,总结了温度、渣系成分对电导率的影响规律,讨论了制约电导率测量准确性的主要困难,给出了不同方法测定熔渣电导率的推荐参数,并对未来电导率测量的发展趋势进行展望。Slag conductivity is an important physical property parameter affecting electroslag remelting.Accu-rate determination of slag conductivity is of great significance to optimize electroslag remelting process and re-duce power consumption.In this paper,the conductive mechanism of slag is analyzed,and the methods for measuring slag conductivity are introduced,such as ac four-probe method,new four-electrode method,and model estimation conductivity method.The main factors affecting the accuracy of these methods are dis-cussed.The influences of temperature and composition of slag system on conductivity are summarized.The main difficulties restricting the accuracy of conductivity measurement are discussed,and the recommended parameters for different methods of determining slag conductivity are given.The development trend of the con-ductivity measurement in the future is prospected.
