摘 要:随着我国经济的迅速发展,事业单位在发展过程中取得了一定的成果。在我国,事业单位属于服务型机构,推动着我国经济的发展,对于我国社会的发展也有重要的推动作用。而在事业单位开展相关工作的过程中,办公室的档案管理工作具有十分重要的作用,档案管理工作的完善与优化能够使与事业单位发展相关的各项信息得到充分而合理的利用与收录。此外,建设科学的办公室档案管理机制,也能够让事业单位人力资源管理工作的效果更上一层楼,为后续事业单位的发展与进步奠定坚实的基础。本文将通过对事业单位办公室档案管理中的弊病与应对措施进行分析与探究,以便促进事业单位的发展。With the rapid development of China's economy,public institutions have made certain achievements in the development process.In China,public institutions are service-oriented institutions,which promote the development of China's economy and also have an important role in promoting the development of our society.However,in the process of carrying out related work in public institutions,the office archive management work plays a very important role,and the perfection and optimization of the archive management work can make full and reasonable use and inclusion of various information related to the development of public institutions.In addition,the construction of a scientific office archive management mechanism also can make the effect of human resources management work to a higher lever,and lay a solid foundation for the follow-up development and progress of public institutions.This article will analyze and explore maladies and countermeasures in the office archive management of public institutions,in order to promote the development of public institutions.
