摘  要:当今世界排球运动正在向着快、准、狠、变的全方位方向发展,比赛中双方的争夺日趋激烈,除了全面的技战术外,身体素质更是重中之重。身体素质是最基本的保障,直接影响运动成绩。通过对练习方法的研究来找到适合不同性别运动员的练习方法。该文运用实验法、文献资料法、数理统计法以及对比分析法等对排球专项学生灵敏素质影响进行研究,采用软梯训练法,期望提高排球专项灵敏素质以及技能,实验选取北京体育大学专项学生22名,以专项成绩为根据,分为实验组和对照组进行实验干预,并对数据进行分析。该研究提供的数据将为北京体育大学体育教育排球专项教师和学生更有的放矢地改变、完善和提升排球专项所需的专项素质提供帮助,能够更快地增强灵敏素质。Nowadays,the world volleyball is developing towards the all-round direction of fast,accurate,ruthless and changeable.The competition between the two sides is becoming increasingly fierce.In addition to comprehensive techniques and tactics,physical quality is the top priority.Physical quality is the most basic guarantee,which directly affects sports performance.Through the research on the practice methods,we can find the practice methods suitable for athletes of different genders.This paper studies the influence of volleyball students'sensitive quality by using the methods of experiment,literature,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.Using the soft ladder training method,it is expected to improve the volleyball special sensitive quality and skills.22 special students of Beijing Sport University are selected for the experiment,divided into experimental group and control group according to the special results,and the data are analyzed.The data provided by this study will help the teachers and students of physical education volleyball project of Beijing Sport University to change,improve and improve the special quality required by volleyball special project,and can enhance the sensitive quality faster.
