摘　　要：随着互联网技术的不断发展,高校体育教学的方法和模式也随之发生变革。作为目前较为流行的教育教学方式,翻转课堂为高校体育教育改革提出了新的思维方式。该文首先分析了翻转课堂引入高校体育教学的价值,然后对高校体育教学的现状进行分析,最后提出了翻转课堂引入高校体育教学的实施策略,旨在为高校体育教学改革创新提供一些理论上的参考。With the continuous development of Internet technology,the methods and modes of PE teaching in colleges and universities are also changing.As a popular teaching method,flipped classroom puts forward a new way of thinking for the reform of PE course in colleges and universities.This paper first analyzes the value of introducing flipped classroom into college PE,then analyzes the current situation of college PE,and finally puts forward the implementation strategy of introducing flipped classroom into college PE,in order to provide some theoretical references for the reform and innovation of college PE.
