摘　　要：以中药材白芨粉为原料,采用水提醇沉原理生产白芨胶。根据白芨水提取—水浓缩—乙醇提取—乙醇浓缩—白芨胶获得等工艺步骤,设计可满足不同需求的、规模化、智能化白芨胶生产系统,生产系统包括提取罐、真空上料机、离心机、浓缩器、醇沉分离一体罐、离心液储罐和浓缩液储罐。以572 kg贵州白芨为原料,通过该生产系统获得白芨胶冻干粉207.11 kg,该白芨胶冻干粉总糖含量为84.13%。建立了白芨胶的生产工艺,通过该工艺生产出得率更高、总糖含量高的白芨胶冻干粉,同时根据生产实际设计了白芨胶提取分离一体化生产线,这为白芨胶的规模化生产建立了坚实的基础。In this study,bletilla striata powder was used as raw material to produce bletilla gum by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.According to the technical steps of bletilla striata water extraction-water concentration-ethanol extraction-ethanol concentration-bletilla striata gum,a large-scale and intelligent bletilla striata gum production system was designed,the production system comprises an extraction tank,a vacuum feeder,a centrifuge,a concentrator,an integrated tank for alcohol precipitation and separation,a centrifugal liquid storage tank and a concentrated liquid storage tank.With 572 kg of Guizhou bletilla striata as raw material,207.11 kg of bletilla gum lyophilized powde was obtained through the production system.The total sugar content of bletilla gum lyophilized powde was 84.13%.This study established the production process of bletilla gum,through this procss,bletilla gum lyophilized powd with higher yield and high total sugar content with certain antioxidant activity can be produced bletilla gum lyophilized powde,according to the production practice,an integrated production line for extraction and separation of bletilla gum was designed,which established a solid foundation for the large-scale production of bletlla gum.
