摘  要:采用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定饲料样品中的硒含量,并对检测结果进行不确定度评定。通过对标准物质、样品称量、样品溶液定容、标准曲线拟合、加标回收率等不确定度分量来源进行评估,得出测定过程中影响测量不确定度最主要的因素为加标回收率引入的不确定度,所测样品的合成标准不确定度为0.006 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.012 mg/kg。In this paper,the content of selenium in feed samples was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and the uncertainty of the test results was evaluated.By evaluating the sources of uncertainty components such as standard material,sample weighing,sample solution constant volume,standard curve fitting and standard addition recovery rate,it was concluded that the main factor affecting the measurement uncertainty in the determination process was the uncertainty introduced by the standard addition recovery rate.The combined standard uncertainty of the measured sample was 0.006 mg/kg,and the expanded uncertainty was 0.012 mg/kg.
