摘  要:ER307Si不锈钢盘条在高速拉拔过程中断裂,断口类型主要为表面V型断口和心部V型断口。ER307Si不锈钢盘条表面存在划伤和裂纹,心部存在脆硬性含Al夹杂物。调整不锈钢冶炼工艺,在AOD炉和LF炉内两次造渣,可有效提高钢水纯净度;在ER307Si不锈钢盘条固溶处理过程中,适当降低固溶处理温度并延长保温时间,促使晶粒均匀细化,提高盘条硬度分布均匀性,可有效减少表面划伤。在拉拔过程中使用金刚石涂层模具替代部分钨钢模具及全部人造聚晶金刚石模具,提高模具内壁表面光洁度、降低焊丝与模具的摩擦因数,可有效降低拉拔过程中的断丝率,提高生产效率。ER307Si stainless steel wire rod breaks during high-speed drawing,and fracture types are mainly surface V-shaped fracture and core V-shaped fracture.There are scratches and cracks on surface of ER307Si stainless steel wire rod and brittle and hard aluminum inclusions in heart.Adjusting stainless steel smelting process and slagging twice in AOD furnace and LF furnace can effectively improve purity of molten steel.In solution treatment process of ER307Si stainless steel wire rod,properly reduce solution treatment temperature and prolong holding time to promote uniform grain refinement,improve uniformity of hardness distribution of wire rod,which can effectively reduce surface scratch.In drawing process,the use of diamond coated die instead of some tungsten steel die and all artificial polycrystalline diamond die can improve inner surface of die and reduce friction coefficient between welding wire and die,which can effectively reduce wire breaking rate in drawing process and improve production efficiency.
