摘 要:17Cr2Ni2Mo钢辊轴经堆焊修复后在使用时发生断裂。对断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:辊轴属于旋转弯曲疲劳断裂,疲劳断裂源位于双唇密封安装处退刀槽与轴颈端面交界处,该处轴径变化较大,在工作时受到较大旋转弯曲应力和扭转应力作用,属于易应力集中区域;该处也位于堆焊层热影响区与辊轴基体组织的交界处,而堆焊层热影响区与辊轴基体硬度存在很大差异,使其交界区域应力集中增大,从而萌生疲劳裂纹。17Cr2Ni2Mo steel roller shaft repaired by surfacing was fractured during use.The causes of fracture were analyzed,results show that roller shaft belongs to rotational bending fatigue fracture,and fatigue fracture source is located at junction of undercut and end face of journal where double lip seal is installed,where diameter of shaft changes greatly,and this area is subject to great rotational bending stress and torsional stress during operation and belongs to the area of easy stress concentration;It is also located at junction of heat affected zone of hardfacing layer and matrix structure of roller shaft.However,the hardness of heat affected zone of surfacing layer is very different from that of roller matrix,which leads to increase of stress concentration in interface area and initiation of fatigue cracks.
