摘  要:基于高炉炼铁原料中铅锌杂质的矿物特性分析,阐述和归纳铅锌杂质在高炉中的分布及其在炼铁过程中的循环变化。以探寻降低铅锌杂质危害有效措施为目标,分析了铅锌杂质对高炉产生的危害。提出降低铅锌杂质危害的措施:精选入炉原料,合理配置矿料;改进高炉设置,优化排铅工艺;提升筑炉技术,加强环境监控。Based on mineral characteristics analysis of lead-zinc impurities in blast furnace ironmaking raw materials,distribution of lead-zinc impurities in blast furnace and it’s cyclic changes in ironmaking process are expounded and summarized.To explore measures to reduce harm of lead-zinc impurities,harm of lead-zinc impurities to blast furnace is analyzed.The measures to reduce harm of lead-zinc impurities are put forward:select raw materials into furnace and allocate ore materials reasonably;Improve setting of blast furnace and optimize lead removal process;Improve furnace building technology and strengthen environmental monitoring.
