摘  要:研究了苯甲酸盐类成核剂NA-1和NA-2对煤基高流动抗冲共聚聚丙烯K7726H的结晶性能、力学性能及熔体流动速率等的影响。结果表明:两种成核剂均可提高K7726H的结晶性能,NA-1和NA-2质量分数为2.0×10^(-3)时,结晶温度从纯聚丙烯的124.2℃分别提升至131.4,129.2℃,结晶度从43.2%分别提升至50.3%,49.9%;两种成核剂均可提高K7726H的拉伸强度、弯曲模量,但成核剂NA-1可提升其冲击强度,而NA-2使其冲击强度略有降低;不同成核剂的引入对K7726H的熔体流动速率影响不大,即成核剂的引入不需要调整聚丙烯的加工工艺。The effects of benzoate nucleating agents NA-1 and NA-2 on the crystallization,mechanical properties and melt flow rate of coal-based high-flow impact copolymerized polypropylene K7726H were studied.The results show that both nucleating agents can improve the crystallization performance of polypropylene;the crystallization temperature of K7726H are increased from 124.2℃to 131.4℃and 129.2℃respectively,and the crystallinity rises from 43.2%to 50.3%and 49.9%when the mass fraction of NA-1 and NA-2 is 2×10^(-3) respectively.Both nucleating agents can increase the tensile strength and flexural modulus of K7726H,NA-1 can increase its impact strength,while NA-2 reduces its impact strength.The introduction of different nucleating agents has little effect on the melt flow rate of K7726H,that is,it does not require adjustments to the polypropylene processing technology.
