健康体检重要异常结果及检后质控管理的分析

摘　　要：目的:分析健康体检人群的重要异常结果及检后质控管理的效果。方法:对2020年1月-12月在郑州大学第一附属医院体检中心健康体检中发现的1413例重要异常结果进行管理分析。结果:1413例的重要异常结果中男性585例(41.40%),女性828例(58.60%)。检出率最高的年龄段为50~59岁,有两种及以上重要异常结果的受检者有57例(4.03%),仅一种的有1356例(95.97%)。女性人群中,占比较高的为可疑甲状腺结节、可疑宫颈癌、可疑肺结节或占位、可疑乳腺结节,平均年龄为分别为(49.82±13.32)、(43.29±10.52)、(53.60±13.39)、(48.86±13.40)岁;男性人群中,占比较高的为可疑甲状腺结节、可疑肺结节或占位、尿常规严重异常、严重心血管疾病,平均年龄分别为(51.03±13.33)、(55.08±13.67)、(50.50±14.64)、(60.57±13.84)岁。检后管理发现在乳腺、肾脏、宫颈、肺、甲状腺方面的就诊率最高,分别为83.75%、76.19%、75.57%、74.42%、70.70%。结论:对于50~59岁年龄阶段的人群应特别注意重要异常结果的质控管理,完善健全重要异常结果的管理制度,对健康体检质量控制具有重要意义。Objective:To analyze the important abnormal results of the healthy physical examination population and the effect of quality control management after the healthy physical examination.Methods:To analysis 1413 important abnormal results of health examination population in the physical examination center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from 2020/01 to 2020/12.Results:Among the 1413 cases,males were 585 cases(41.40%)and females were 828 cases(58.60%),The age group of the highest detection rate is 50-59 years old.There were 57 subjects(4.03%)who obtained two or more important abnormal results,and 1356 subjects(95.97%)who had only one important abnormal result.In the female,the most important abnormal results were suspicious thyroid nodules,suspicious cervical cancer,suspicious lung nodules or masses,and suspicious breast nodules.That average age were(49.82±13.32),(43.29±10.52),(53.60±13.39),(48.86±13.40)years old,respectively.In the male,suspicious thyroid nodules,suspicious pulmonary nodules or space-occupying,serious abnormal urine routine,and severe cardiovascular disease accounted for a higher proportion.That average ages were(51.03±13.33),(55.08±13.67),(50.50±14.64),(60.57±13.84)years old.Post-examination management found that the highest medical visit rate in breast,kidney,cervix,lung,and thyroid,which were 83.75%,76.19%,75.57%,74.42%,and 70.70%,respectively.Conclusion:The people whose age at 50-59 years old should be paid to the quality control management of important abnormal results,and the management system of important abnormal results should be improved,which is of great significance to the quality control of health examination.
