摘 要:为了减轻空气颗粒物(PM)污染对人类健康造成的影响,以聚丙烯腈(PAN)和聚酰亚胺(PI)为原料,采用静电纺丝工艺制备聚丙烯腈/聚酰亚胺复合空气滤膜,并利用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪、热重分析仪和动态力学分析仪等手段对所制备的复合膜进行结构和性能表征。结果表明:PAN/PI复合膜具有较高的PM_(2.5)过滤效率(99.2%),出色的热稳定性(300℃),较低的压降和优异的机械性能。PAN/PI复合膜具有良好的综合性能,在工业领域去除高温PM_(2.5)颗粒具有广阔的应用前景。In order to mitigate the effects of particulate matter(PM)pollution on human health,polyacrylonitrile/polyimide(PAN/PI)nanofiber composite membranes were prepared by electrospinning which were made of PAN nanofibers and PI nanofibers.The structure and property of the membranes were characterized by SEM,FT-IR,thermo gravimetric analyzer and dynamic mechanics analyzer.The results shown that the PAN/PI membrane had high PM_(2.5) filtration efficiency(99.2%),superior thermal stability(300℃),low pressure drop and excellent mechanical properties.The prepared PAN/PI membrane with excellent comprehensive property shown promising application in PM_(2.5) capture,especially for high temperature dust removal in industrial areas.
