摘  要:以自制的端羟基含氟单体(LFH)和碳硼烷聚酯二元醇(CPE)与六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体反应生成体型的碳硼烷杂化的含氟聚氨酯(CFPU)。通过调控CPE的添加量研究其含量对CFPU耐高温性能、耐溶剂性能、力学性能等的影响。结果表明:当CPE添加质量为18%时,CFPU的耐热性、力学性能达到最大值;CFPU能在极端溶剂条件下仍能保持优异的结构稳定性,在有机溶剂中浸泡168h后CFPU质量变化率低于0.6%,在酸和碱的水溶液中浸泡后的质量变化率低于1.3%,这归因于碳硼烷的位阻效应和屏蔽效应。Carborane hybrid fluorine-containing polyurethane(CFPU)was prepared by the reaction of self-made hydroxyl-terminated fluorinated monomer(LFH)and carborane polyester diol(CPE)with hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer.The effects of CPE content on the high temperature resistance,solvent resistance and mechanical properties of CFPU were studied by adjusting the amount of CPE.The results shown that when CPE was added at 18wt%,the heat resistance and mechanical properties of CFPU reached the best.Its initial decomposition temperature was 304℃.And the higher the temperature,the more obvious the mechanical properties of CFPU will be improved by introducing carborane polyester diol.The structural stability of CFPU can still be maintained under extreme solvent conditions.And the mass change rate of CFPU after soaking in organic solvent for 168h was less than 0.6%.The mass change rate after soaking in the aqueous solution of acid and alkali was less than 1.3%.This was due to the steric effect and shielding effect of carborane.
