摘 要:合成了新型四取代铜酞菁-多壁碳纳米管复合材料([4a(OPh-p-Cl_(2))CuPc]-MWCNTs)以有效地催化苯甲醇氧化为苯甲醛。复合材料很容易获得,并通过紫外-可见光谱、X射线衍射、傅立叶变换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜进行了很好的表征。为了实现高效,选择性的催化作用,研究了溶剂种类、氧化剂种类和用量、催化剂用量、温度和反应时间的影响。在筛选实验中,[4a(OPh-p-Cl_(2))CuPc]-MWCNTs复合材料在苯甲醇氧化反应中具有很高的催化活性。在5mg[4a(OPh-p-Cl_(2))CuPc]-MWCNTs,氧化剂为过氧化氢叔丁基,650μL甲苯中60℃持续6h的最佳条件下获得最高的苯甲醇转化率62.12%和苯甲醛选择性93.19%。此外,还探讨了[4a(OPh-p-Cl_(2))CuPc]-MWCNTs复合物选择性地将苯甲醇氧化为苯甲醛的可能反应机理。A novel tetra-substituted copper phthalocyanine-multi-walled carbon nanotube composite material[4a(OPh-p-Cl_(2))CuPc]-MWCNTs was synthesized to effectively catalyze the oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde.The material was easy to obtain and had been well characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope.In order to achieve high-efficiency and selective catalysis,the effects of solvent type,oxidant type and dosage,catalyst dosage,temperature and reaction time were studied.In the screening experiment,[4a(OPh-p-Cl_(2))CuPc]-MWCNTs had high catalytic activity in the oxidation of benzyl alcohol.Under the optimal conditions of 5mg[4a(OPh-p-Cl_(2))CuPc]-MWCNTs,the oxidant was TBHP and the amoumt was 650μL in toluene at 60℃for 6 h,the highest benzyl alcohol conversion rated 62.12%and benzaldehyde selectivity 93.19%were obtained.In addition,the possible reaction mechanism of[4a(OPh-p-Cl_(2))CuPc]-MWCNTs complex selectively oxidizing benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde was also explored.
