摘 要:主要采用共混法将金属有机框架材料(MOFs)材料引入聚丙烯酸酯乳液中制备聚丙烯酸酯/MOFs复合乳液。首先采用溶剂热法制备不同的MOFs材料(UiO-66、MOF-801、[Zn(C_(8)NH_(5)O_(4))(H_(2)O)]_(n)),并采用X射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜对其微观结构进行表征。然后通过物理共混法将制备的不同MOFs材料引入聚丙烯酸酯乳液中,获得聚丙烯酸酯/MOFs复合乳液。考察MOFs种类对聚丙烯酸酯/MOFs复合乳液所成薄膜力学性能、耐水性、透水汽性的影响,最后,将按照最优工艺制备的复合乳液应用于皮革涂饰,与纯聚丙烯酸酯乳液相比,聚丙烯酸酯/MOFs复合乳液涂饰后革样的抗张强度和透水汽性分别提高了5.65%和5.89%。Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)materials were introduced into the polyacrylate emulsion by the blending method to obtain the polyacrylate/MOFs composite emulsion.Firstly,different kinds of MOFs(UiO-66,[Zn(C_(8)NH_(5)O_(4))(H_(2)O)]_(n),MOF-801)were prepared by solvothermal method,and characterized their structure and morphology by X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy.Then,different MOFs were introduced into polyacrylate emulsion to obtain polyacrylate/MOFs composite emulsion,and investigated the mechanical properties,water resistance and water vapor permeability of the prepared emulsion film.Finally,the optimal composite emulsion was applied to the leather finishing,compared with the leather finished by pure polyacrylate emulsion.The tensile strength and water vapor permeability of the leather finished by polyacrylate/MOFs composite emulsion were improved 5.65%and 5.89%,respectively.
