摘　　要：土地改革是政府施政和学界研究的热点之一,集体林权制度变迁是重要的土地权属变迁之一,因此,借鉴产权制度及其变迁的研究进展,对于开展集体林权制度变迁研究重要意义。文章系统梳理了制度与产权制度及其对经济增长的影响、产权制度变迁、政府对产权承诺、产权制度与其他制度之间的互动关系、林地权属制度、产权制度变迁研究方法、改革开放以来集体林权制度变迁及其变迁的研究进展等方面的国内外研究进展。在文献梳理的基础上,对产权制度及其变迁与集体林产权制度变迁进行评述,已有研究侧重于产权制度和集体林权制度所产生的影响,对产权制度和集体林权制度的变迁研究不足;已有产权制度和集体林权制度变迁研究以理论研究为主,开展实证定量研究的尚不多见。在继续完善集体林权制度影响研究的基础上,侧重开展集体林权制度实证定量研究,构建适合我国国情和集体林区特点的集体林权制度变迁理论分析框架,利用长期大数据开展研究,开展集体林权制度变迁的研究工作,更好地认识与理解集体林权制度变迁内在逻辑关系,为促进集体林可持续经营提供学理决策依据。Land reform is one of high priorities of governmental policies and academic agendas, institutional changes of collective forestland tenure are one of important land reform, therefore, learning from property rights institutions and their changes is important for researches of institutional changes of collective forestland tenure. This paper systematically analyzes these research progresses in institutions, institutional changes and their contributions to economic growth and development, institutional changes of property rights,governmental commitments to property rights, interactive linkages between property rights and other institutions, methodologies of property rights institutions, forestland tenures and their changes, collective forestland tenurial changes and their academic researches since the reform of economic and the openness to the outsides. To our best knowledge, literatures focused on the impacts of property rights institutions and paid less attentions to institutional changes of property rights. In the meanwhile, the existing researches focused on theoretical analyses of institutional changes of property rights and fewer positive analyses have been done. For institutional changes of collective forestland tenure, theoretical framework in context of Chinese characteristics and collective forest resource management, and positive analyses should be taken using large sample dataset to support governmental decision-makings for collective forest resource sustainable management.
