摘  要:为提高无速度矢量控制系统的性能,相电压的准确重构是关键问题。在传统的电压重构方法中,矢量的作用时间受添加死区时间和消除窄脉冲等操作的影响而偏离理论计算值,因此,实际重构的输出电压与真实的输出电压不可避免的会产生偏差。该文以三电平中点钳位逆变器为例,提出一种基于FPGA的短时域积分电压重构方法。利用FPGA内部获得的真实驱动信号重构逆变器的相电压。首先,根据相电流方向重构辅助驱动信号;然后,利用由直流母线电压和辅助开关状态计算所得瞬时电压进行积分,重构各同步时钟脉冲的输出电压;最后,仿真和实验验证所提出方法的有效性。与其他方法相比,一方面其普遍适用于各种脉宽调制方法,与添加死区时间和窄脉的冲消等除无关;另一方面,以较低的成本实现重构的输出电压与真实的输出电压相同。In order to improve the performance of the speed sensorless vector control system,the key issue is to accurately rebuild the phase voltages.In the traditional voltage rebuilding method,the vector dwell time is different from the theoretical calculation due to the influence of operations such as adding dead time and eliminating narrow pulses.Therefore,the real rebuilt output voltage will inevitably deviate from the real output voltage.Taking three-level neutral point clamped(NPC)inverter as an example,this paper proposed a short time domain integral voltage rebuilding method based on FPGA.It can rebuild the inverter phase voltages through the real driving signals obtained from the FPGA.First,rebuilt the auxiliary driving signals on the basis of the phase current directions.The difference between auxiliary driving signals and the real driving signals is that the impact of operations such as adding dead time and narrow pulses cancellation are eliminated.Then,the instantaneous voltage which is calculated from the DC bus voltage and the auxiliary switching states was integrated,and the output voltage of each synchronous clock pulse was rebuilt.Compared with other methods,on the one hand,it is generally applicable to various pulse width modulation(PWM)methods,and has nothing to do with the adding dead time and narrow pulses cancellation.On the other hand,the rebuilt output voltage is the same as the real output voltage at a lower cost.Both simulation and experiment verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
