摘　　要：昆明广播电视台电视播出系统由播出部负责维护和管理。播出部建立了完善的管理制度,但随着播出系统越来越复杂和庞大,日常管理和维护的软硬件不断增加,依靠传统的管理模式显得捉襟见肘。随着信息技术的发展和应用的深入,建设一套满足昆明广播电视台自身需求的电视管理系统迫在眉睫。为此,以Microsoft.NET和Windows操作系统为平台,采用瀑布式开发模式开发一套广播电视播出管理系统。系统包含日志查看、工作安排与通知模块、查询模块、统计模块等6个模块。通过本系统的开发,提高了播出部系统管理和维护的信息化水平,同时保障了昆明广播电视台电视播出系统的播出安全。另外,通过本系统填写的日常运维日志,形成了播出系统运维管理知识库,提高了播出部技术人员的技术能力。The TV broadcasting system of Kunming radio and television station is maintained and managed by the broadcasting department. The broadcasting department has established a perfect management system. With the increasingly complex and huge broadcasting system and the increasing software and hardware for daily management and maintenance, relying on the traditional management mode is difficult. With the development and application of information technology, it is urgent to build a radio and television management system to meet the needs of Kunming radio and television station. This article is based on Microsoft.Net and Windows operating system, using waterfall development mode to develop a set of radio and television broadcasting management system.The system includes six modules: log viewing, work arrangement and notification module, query module and statistics module etc.Through the development of this system, the information level of system management and maintenance of the broadcasting department is improved, and the safe broadcasting of the TV broadcasting system of Kunming radio and television station is guaranteed. In addition,the daily operation and maintenance log filled in by the system forms the operation and maintenance management knowledge base of the broadcasting system, which improves the technical ability of the technicians of the broadcasting department.
