摘  要:航空电源车是飞机地面电源保障必需装备,其工作性能与工作指标直接影响着飞机启动的成功与否。由于电源车内部结构复杂,涉及多个线路和影响源,因此在实际工作中,故障与征兆很难精确对应,只能凭借人为经验进行梳理排除。应用模糊理论诊断方法,建立故障模糊综合判定模型,其诊断结果具有普遍性、综合性,极大地提升了航空电源车复合性故障的快速定位排除效率和准确性。Aircraft power supply vehicle is the aircraft ground power supply must be equipped, its performance and work indicators directly affect the aircraft start. Because the internal structure of the power supply vehicle is complex, involved multiple lines and multiple impact sources. In the actual work procedure, faults and symptoms are hard to pinpoint, only part by part to find an exclude the fault rely on human experience. The fuzzy comprehensive fault judgment model is established by using the fuzzy theory diagnosis method, the judgment is an extension of single symptom, and the diagnosis result is universal and comprehensive. Through this fault diagnosis technology, the efficiency and accuracy of rapid positioning and elimination of compound faults of aviation power vehicle are greatly improved, and the efficiency of aviation support is improved.
