摘　　要：[目的]结合相关的文献研究,探讨“两阴交尽谓之厥阴”一语的真正含义。[方法]查阅分析古今相关文献,考究古今医家对“两阴交尽谓之厥阴”一语的主要理解及相应的不足,对厥阴的含义进行深入解析,并从一气周流理论、六经病欲解时及经络角度详细分析“两阴交尽谓之厥阴”的真正含义及临床意义。[结果]“两阴交尽谓之厥阴”一语,源自于《素问·至真要大论篇》,但是对于何出此言,则历代医者鲜有论之,或论而不详。从一气周流理论、六经病欲解时、经络等角度分析,所谓“两阴交尽谓之厥阴”,一是因为气之运行顺序为太阴-少阴-厥阴,厥阴居末,故为两阴交尽;二是因为厥阴重丑时,而丑时为太阴之末时,少阴之中位时,厥阴之初时,此三阴交织之时,阴尽则阳生,故丑时有阴尽阳生之象;三是厥阴俞与风门在督脉上无对应穴位,故可知厥阴为阴竭之象。[结论]所谓“两阴交尽谓之厥阴”,实则是阳气周流至里,阴竭阳生之象,同时表明了气由太阴至少阴再至厥阴的周流顺序,而且也说明了厥阴丑时为阴尽阳生之象。该理论对临床有一定指导意义。[Objective]To explore the true meaning of the phrase,“the extreme intercourse of two Yin is called Jueyin”,by combining with relevant literature research.[Methods]By referring and analyzing relevant literature in ancient and modern times,this paper studied the main understanding and corresponding deficiency of ancient and modern medical scholars on the phase,“the extreme intercourse of two Yin is called Jueyin”.Through the in-depth analysis of the meaning of Jueyin,and from the One Qi Circulation theory,the verge time of recovery and the perspective of meridians,this paper analyzed the real meaning and clinical significance of the phrase“the extreme intercourse of two Yin is called Jueyin”in detail.[Results]The phrase“the extreme intercourse of two Yin is called Jueyin”is derived from Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor.But for the reason of this statement,there is little discussion,or the explanation of it is not detailed.By referring to relevant literature,it is analyzed from the perspectives of One Qi Circulation theory,six meridians disease,meridians and so on,and hold that the sentence,“the extreme intercourse of two Yin is called Jueyin”,is actually Yang Qi circulation into the interior,Yin exhaustion of Yang.Firstly,the running sequence of Qi is Taiyin,Shaoyin and Jueyin,and Jueyin is at the end of the period.Secondly,the main time of Jueyin is Choushi-the second hour of the twelfth hour from 1 am to 3 am,and Choushi is the end of Taiyin,the middle position of Shaoyin,the beginning of Jueyin.When the three Yin interwoven,Yin is gone and Yang is born,so the Choushi is the time of the end of Yin and the beginning of Yang.Thirdly,there is no corresponding acupoint on Du meridian between Jueyin Shu(BL14)and Fengmen(BL12),so it can be known that Jueyin is the symbol of Yin exhaustion.[Conclusion]The meaning of the phrase,“the extreme intercourse of two Yin is called Jueyin”,is actually the phenomenon of Yang Qi flowing into the inner part of the body,which indicates the sequence of Qi flow
