摘　　要：[目的]总结彭卫东教授针药结合治疗不孕症经验。[方法]通过跟师随诊、整理医案、查阅不孕症的相关文献,从不孕症的经络理论基础、病因病机、辨治选穴、分期论治、用药经验等方面阐释彭卫东教授针药结合治疗不孕症的临床经验,并附验案一则加以佐证。[结果]彭师认为,肝肾经及冲任督脉血气周流不息是女性怀孕的关键,不孕症的主要病机以肾虚肝郁为本,痰湿瘀血为标,提出了运用穴位埋线联合中医周期疗法治疗不孕症的方案。穴位埋线主要选取肝肾经以及冲任督脉上的穴位,以补肾疏肝、调经种子。同时配合中药内服,内服治疗以补肾疏肝、化瘀除湿调周为基本大法,并随症加减用药,经后期(即卵泡期)采用补肾疏肝养血法,选用自拟调癸助孕方加减;经间期(即排卵期)采用温肾活血通络法,选用自拟促排卵汤加减;经前期(即黄体期),采用补肾疏肝、暖宫助孕法,选用寿胎四君合柴胡疏肝散加减;行经期(即月经期),采用燥湿化瘀、活血通经法,选用三川汤加减。治疗过程中彭师重视心理治疗,通过心理疏导改善患者焦虑、抑郁的心理状态,促使患者更加积极主动配合治疗。所附医案为继发性不孕症,证合肾虚肝郁不孕的病机特点,治以穴位埋线联合中医周期疗法,最终胎孕乃成。[结论]彭师针药结合治疗不孕症,选取肝肾经以及冲任督脉上的穴位埋线治疗,以补肾疏肝、调经种子;配合中药内服,以补肾疏肝、化瘀除湿调周,疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。[Objective]To summarize the experience of Professor PENG Weidong in the treatment of infertility with acupuncture and medicine.[Methods]By following up with the teacher,sorting out medical records,and consulting related infertility literature,Professor PENG's experience of treating infertility with acupuncture and medicine was explained from the perspectives of infertility's meridian theory basis,etiology and pathogenesis,selection of acupoints for differentiation and treatment,and experience in treatment by stages,and a medical case was attached as proof.[Results]Professor PENG believes that the continuous circulation of blood and Qi in the liver and kidney meridian and the Chong Ren Governor Meridian is the key to women's pregnancy.The main pathogenesis of infertility takes kidney deficiency and liver depression as the root,and phlegm dampness and blood stasis is the manifestation.Professor PENG advocates the program of using acupoint catgut embedding combined with cycle therapy of Chinese medicine to treat infertility.In the treatment of infertility,acupoints catgut embedding mainly selects the acupoints on the liver and kidney meridians and Chong Ren Governor Meridian to invigorate the kidney and soothe the liver,regulate the menstrual flow and promote gestation.At the same time with oral administration of Chinese medicine,oral administration is based on the basic methods of invigorating the kidney and soothing the liver,removing blood stasis,removing dampness and regulating menstrual cycle,and adding or subtracting the medication according to the symptoms.In the late menstrual period(the follicular period),the method of nourishing the kidney and soothing the liver and nourishing blood is adopted,choosing the modified self-made Tiaogui Zhuyun Decoction;in the intermenstruum(ovulation period),the method of warming the kidney and promoting blood circulation and dredging meridians is adopted,choosing the modified self-made Cupailuan Decoction;in the premenstruum(luteal period),the method of tonifying the kidney
