摘　　要：[目的]总结连建伟教授运用参苓白术散加减治疗疑难杂病的临床经验。[方法]收集连建伟教授运用参苓白术散加减治疗疑难杂病的验案,从中选取中短期疗效显著的医案三则,详细摘录并加以按评。[结果]连教授对于产后汗出患者,辨证为气阴两虚、兼夹湿邪,以补脾益气、扶正祛邪法治疗获愈;对于荨麻疹患者,辨证为气血不足、血虚生风,以补脾益气、养血活血法治疗获愈;对于白细胞减少症患者,辨证为脾气虚弱,以补脾益气法治疗获愈。以上三则验案均以参苓白术散为基础方,补虚除湿,标本兼顾,异病同治,体现了连教授“探求病机,相机立法”的原则。[结论]连教授治疗疑难杂病强调顾护“胃气”,坚持辨证审因,脉证互参,依法立方,其经验值得学习和借鉴。[Objective]To summarize the clinical experience of Professor LIAN Jianwei's applying Shenling Baizhu Powder to treat intractable diseases.[Methods]Collect the proven cases of Professor LIAN Jianwei's use of Shenling Baizhu Powder to treat intractable diseases,and select three medical records from them with significant short-term and medium-term curative effects.[Results]For the patient with severe sweating after childbirth,Professor LIAN usually identified as insufficient Qi and blood,combined with damp evil,treated with invigorating the spleen and replenishing Qi,strengthening healthy Qi to eliminate pathogens method;for the urticaria patient,usually identified insufficiency of both Qi and blood and wind caused by blood deficiency,treated with invigorating the spleen and replenishing Qi,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation;for the leukopenia patient,he usually identified as weakness of the spleen Qi,treated with invigorating the spleen and replenishing Qi.The above three cases were all based on Shenling Baizhu Powder,replenishing deficiency and clearing away dampness,giving consideration to both symptoms and treating different diseases with the same treatment,which confirmed Professor LIAN’s principle of treatment of exploring pathogenesis and making treatment method.[Conclusion]Professor LIAN’s treatment of intractable diseases emphasizes the protection of stomach Qi,adheres to the examination of causes based on syndrome differentiation,references pulse and syndrome with each other,and establishes prescriptions according to treatment methods.His experience is worthy of learning and reference.
