Objective To investigate the effect of different electrical stimulation intensity combined with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle training on pelvic floor function and sexual life quality of elderly patients with postpartum pelvic floor disorders. Methods 129 elderly patients with postpartum pelvic floor disorders in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(64 cases)and observation group(65 cases). Results Compared with the control group, the fatigue degree of type I and type II muscle fibers, the average EMG values of fast and slow muscles and vaginal dynamic pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the improvement of POP-Q was better than that of the control group,fs-fi score was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of Sui was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhanced electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle training can improve pelvic floor function, reduce the degree of pelvic organ prolapse, improve the quality of sexual life and reduce the incidence of Sui.
