25%硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗先兆流产的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析25%硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗先兆流产的临床效果。方法选择医院2017年1月-2019年10月诊治的先兆流产患者60例。根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=33)和干预组(n=27)。对照组进行盐酸利托君治疗,干预组进行25%硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗。比较两组患者一般指标、疗效、Greasy高危因素评分和不良反应。结果干预组患者妊娠延长时间、新生儿体重大于对照组(P<0.05),药物起效时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者Greasy高危因素评分较治疗前降低,其中干预组患者Greasy高危因素评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者不良反应总率高于对照组,但差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论25%硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗先兆流产能提升治疗成功率,延长妊娠时间,减少早产高危风险。Objective To investigate the effect of 25%magnesium sulfate combined with ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods 60 patients with threatened abortion in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were enrolled,and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.Control group received ritodrine hydrochloride,while intervention group was treated with 25%magnesium sulfate combined with ritodrine hydrochloride.The general indicators,efficacy,Greasy risk factor scores and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results The prolongation time and newborn weight of intervention group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and drug onset time of was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The success rate of intervention group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The Greasy high-risk factor score was decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and was lower in intervention group than in control group(P<0.05).The total rate of adverse reactions in intervention group was slightly higher than that in control group,with no statistic difference(P>0.05).Conclusion 25%magnesium sulfate combined with ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of threatened abortion can effectively increase the treatment success rate,prolongs the pregnancy time,and reduces the high risk of preterm birth.
