双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合复方胃蛋白酶散治疗小儿肺炎继发性腹泻的效果及其对胃肠激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿肺炎继发性腹泻用双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合复方胃蛋白酶散治疗的效果及其对胃肠激素水平的影响。方法采用随机数字表法选取我科2017年12月至2019年10月期间113例小儿肺炎继发性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,分为对照组56例和观察组57例,对照组给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合匹多莫德治疗,观察组给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合复方胃蛋白酶散治疗,对比两组临床疗效,症状改善时间和胃肠激素水平。结果观察组在治疗后总有效率94.73%(44/56)高于对照组78.57%(54/57)(P<0.05);观察组在治疗后症状改善时间较对照组短(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗后,GLU、MTL和VIP水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组降低幅度高于对照组。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合复方胃蛋白酶散在治疗小儿肺炎继发性腹泻效果确切,能够有效降低胃肠激素水平,缓解患儿临床不良症状,促进预后。Objective To investigate the effect of Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets combined with compound pepsin powder in the treatment of children with pneumonia secondary diarrhea and its influence on gastrointestinal hormone levels.Methods 113 cases of children with pneumonia secondary diarrhea in our department from December 2017 to October 2019 in our department were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(56 cases)and observation group(57 cases).The control group was given Bifidobacterium quadruple tablets combined with pidotimod,while the observation group was given Bifidobacterium quadruple tablets combined with compound pepsin powder The time of symptom improvement and gastrointestinal hormone level.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.73%(44/56),which was higher than 78.57%(54/57)of the control group(P<0.05);the improvement time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the Glu,MTL and VIP levels of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the reduction range of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets combined with compound pepsin powder in the treatment of children with pneumonia secondary diarrhea effect is accurate,can effectively reduce the gastrointestinal hormone level,alleviate the clinical adverse symptoms of children,promote the prognosis.
