儿童哮喘采用普米克令舒气雾剂+孟鲁司特钠治疗的有效性和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析儿童哮喘采用普米克令舒气雾剂+孟鲁司特钠治疗的有效性和安全性。方法选择2018年8月-2020年8月本院收治哮喘患儿84例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组42例使用普米克令舒气雾剂治疗,研究组42例使用普米克令舒气雾剂+孟鲁司特钠治疗,对两组治疗有效性和安全性进行比较。结果研究组显效45.24%,对照组显效40.47%,研究组临床总有效率95.24%高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05);研究组治疗后FEV1(3.72±0.11)L、白天PEF(488.15±11.43)L/min与夜晚PEF(475.47±11.38)L/min等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组声音沙哑、头痛等不良反应发生率4.76%比对照组19.05%低(P<0.05)。结论临床使用普米克令舒气雾剂+孟鲁司特钠治疗哮喘患儿,可改善患儿肺功能,减少不良反应发生,还能有效提升治疗效果,临床值得推广使用。Objective To analyze the effectiveness and safety of Pulmicort Respules aerosol+montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods From August 2018 to August 2020,the 84 children with asthma were admitted to this hospital and divided into two groups according to the random number table.42 cases in the control group were treated with Pulmicort Ressu aerosol,and 42 cases in the study group were treated with Pulmi Kelingshu aerosol plus montelukast sodium treatment,the effectiveness and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The study group was markedly effective 45.24%,the control group was markedly effective 40.47%,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was 95.24%,which was higher than the control group′s 80.95%(P<0.05);after treatment,the study group had FEV1(3.72±0.11)L and daytime PEF(488.15±11.43)L/min and night PEF(475.47±11.38)L/min were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions such as hoarseness and headache in the study group was 4.76%,which was lower than that of the control group,19.05%(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of Pulmicort Lingshu aerosol add montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with asthma can improve the lung function of the children,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and effectively enhance the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
