摘  要:可再生能源的大规模并网会大幅度增加火电厂的调峰负担,火电机组在深度调峰过程中其自身的经济性和安全性无法得到保障,因此其缺乏主动参与调峰的积极性。为此,首先计算火电、风电、光伏电站在调峰交易过程中的成本及收益,并构建了计及调峰主动性约束的风-光-水-火-储联合系统的优化调度模型。其次,在考虑风光出力预测误差的条件下,基于机会约束条件设置系统备用约束,并采取基于采样的机会约束条件确定性转化方法,实现模型的快速求解。最后,基于修改后的IEEE30节点系统的仿真结果表明,所提方法能够有效促进新能源消纳,提升系统运行的经济性。The large-scale integration of renewable energy into the grid greatly increases the peak shaving burden of thermal power plants.However,the economy and safety of the thermal power units cannot be guaranteed in the process of deep peak shaving,so they lack the enthusiasm to actively participate in the peak shaving.In order to solve this problem,this paper first calculates the costs and benefits of the thermal power,the wind power,and the photovoltaic power plants in the peak shaving transaction process,and builds an optimal scheduling model for the wind,photovoltaic,hydropower,thermal power and energy storage combined system taking into account of the constraints of peak regulation initiative.Secondly,considering the forecast error of wind power and photovoltaic power,the system reserve constraints are set based on the method of chance constrained programming.A sampling-based method is adopted to transform the opportunity constraints into the deterministic constraints,realizing the rapid solution of the model.Finally,simulation analysis is carried out based on the modified IEEE 30-bus system.The results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively promote the consumption of new energy and improve the economic efficiency of system operation.
