摘  要:随着电力电子行业的发展,电力设备逐渐趋向高端与精密,对电能质量要求越来越高,电压暂降对设备的影响也越来越大。掌握电压暂降对设备的危害,通过试验研究量化电压暂降对各类敏感设备的影响,是用户提升其电压暂降耐受能力、采取高效治理措施的重要依据。现有的试验方案均基于人工的读取测试结果,人工的绘制暂降耐受曲线耗用人力和时间成本巨大。文章在现有标准测试项目与实验方案的基础上,综合考虑电压暂降特征、敏感设备类型、敏感设备属性及负载状态,提出电压暂降耐受特性自动测试方法,首次实现自动生成电压特征向量,对设备自动测试,实现设备自动复位,自动绘制电压暂降耐受曲线,极大地减少测试时间和人工成本,显著提高测试效率。With the development of the power electronics industry,power equipment has become increasingly high-end and sophisticated,with higher and higher requirements for power quality,and the impact of voltage sags on equipment has become greater.Mastering the hazards of voltage sags to equipment and quantifying the impact of voltage sags on various sensitive equipment through experiments is an important basis for users to improve their voltage sag tolerance and take effective governance measures.Existing test schemes are based on manual reading of test results and manual drawing of sag tolerance curves.Based on the existing standard test items and test plans,this article comprehensively considers the characteristics of voltage sag,sensitive equipment types,sensitive equipment attributes,and load status,and proposes an automatic test method for voltage sag tolerance characteristics.The platform for programming the voltage source realizes the automatic generation of the voltage characteristic vector,the automatic test of the equipment,the automatic reset of the equipment,and the automatic drawing of the voltage sag tolerance curve,which greatly reduces the test time and labor costs.
