摘 要:瓦斯继电器是变压器中重要的非电量保护设备,现有瓦斯继电器在发生重瓦斯报警后,不能及时判断变压器重瓦斯故障的严重程度。该文提出一种基于瓦斯继电器挡板从启动角度到达重瓦斯动作角度的动作时间T1和挡板在重瓦斯状态的保持时间T2的变压器重瓦斯故障程度的识别方法。首先对瓦斯继电器挡板进行受力分析,对挡板在油流冲击下的动作特性进行解析推导,然后设计了一种可实时输出挡板转角的新型瓦斯继电器和能够模拟不同故障能量的瓦斯继电器挡板特性试验台,进而对变压器不同重瓦斯故障能量下T1和T2时间的变化规律进行试验研究。结果表明:随着变压器重瓦斯故障程度发展,T1逐渐减小,而T2逐渐增大。基于T1和T2时间的变化趋势识别其故障程度,为变压器重瓦斯故障程度识别提供了一种有效方法。Gas relay is an important non-electrical protection device in transformers,while the existing gas relay cannot timely judge the transformer fault degree after a heavy gas alarm.This paper proposes a recognition method for the transformer heavy gas fault degree based on the gas relay baffle operating time T1 from the starting angle to the heavy gas action angle and the baffle holding time T2 of the heavy gas alarm state.First,the force of the gas relay baffle is analyzed,and the operating characteristic equation of the baffle under the oil flow is derived.Then a new type of gas relay with real-time output baffle rotation angle and an experimental platform with functions of simulating the gas relay baffle operating time characteristics under different fault degrees are developed.The gas relay baffle operating time characteristics of T1 and T2 are further measured on the experimental platform.The results show that T1 gradually decreases but T2 gradually increases with the development of the transformer heavy gas faults degrees.Based on the change trend of T1 and T2,the transformer’s heavy gas fault degrees can be identified,which provides an effective method for the transformer heavy gas fault degree identification.
