摘 要:为研究500kV直线塔悬垂串复合绝缘子替代盘形绝缘子的可行性,对复合绝缘子与瓷绝缘子的风偏角进行了对比研究,建立了输电塔-串-线耦合有限元模型,分析了2种绝缘子串下档数、风速、档距和高差对其风偏角的影响,根据结果得到:瓷绝缘子改复合绝缘子后,绝缘子的风偏角存在不同程度的增大。仅改变档数、风速对于风偏角增大值影响较小;档距、高差对于瓷绝缘子改复合绝缘子后的风偏角增大值影响较大;档距、风速、高差对绝缘子风偏角的影响存在着耦合作用,即档距越小,高差对于绝缘子风偏角的改变越明显,且风速对风偏角的增大值影响更为明显;最后,该文以某电网实际线路为例,给出了风偏校核结果和改造建议,研究结果将为线路改造换用复合绝缘子提供参考。In order to study the feasibility of replacing the disc insulators with the composite insulators for the 500 kV tangent tower,the wind deflection angles of the composite insulator and the porcelain insulator are compared.The transmission line coupling finite element model is established,and the influences of the tower numbers,the wind speeds,the span and elevation differences of the two kinds of insulator strings on the wind deflection angle are analyzed.The results show that the wind deflection angle of the insulator enlarges in varying degrees after the porcelain insulator is replaced by the composite insulator.The changes in the number of gears and the wind speeds has little effect on the increase of wind deflection angle;The span and elevation differences have a great influence on the increase of wind deflection angle;There is a coupling effect among the span,the wind speed and the elevation differences,that is,the smaller the span is,the more obvious the changes of elevation differences on the insulator wind deflection angle,and the more distinct the influence of wind speed on the increase of wind deflection angle.Finally,taking an actual line of a power grid as an example,this paper gives the wind deflection checking results and transformation suggestions.The research results will provide a reference for the transformation of insulators.
