摘 要:我国的配电线路分布密集,并且绝缘强度和耐雷水平均较低,加之雷害的高发性和高危性,降低雷击跳闸率、保障配电线路可靠运行具有重大研究意义。多重曲折断口灭弧装置是一种自能式气体灭弧装置,能够大幅度降低雷击跳闸率。该文基于磁流体理论(magnetohydrodynamics,MHD),分析该装置内的电弧形成、熄灭以及自膨胀气流的产生原理,利用COMSOLMultiphysics仿真软件搭建了灭弧装置的2维几何模型,通过分析仿真结果,详细阐述了在整个灭弧过程中气流能量与电弧能量的持续性竞争过程;根据IEC标准搭建了工频续流灭弧试验平台,进行了工频续流遮断试验,试验结果表明该装置能够在800μs内熄灭1.5kA工频续流;通过实际线路运行数据显示该装置能够有效灭弧、大幅度降低雷击跳闸率。The distribution lines are densely distributed with low insulation strengths and lightning resistances in our country.In addition,there are high incidences and high risks of lightning damages.So it is of important research meaning to reduce the lightning trip rates and ensure the reliable operation of the distribution lines.The arc extinguishing device with multiple and tortuous breaks is a self-energy gas arc-extinguishing device,which is able to greatly reduce the lightning trip rates.In this paper,based on the theory of MHD(Magnetohydrodynamics),the arc formation and extinguishment and the generation principle of the self-expanding airflow in the device are analyzed.The two-dimensional geometric model of the arc extinguishing device is established by using the COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software.By analyzing the simulation results,the continuous competition process between the air flow energy and the arc energy in the whole arc extinguishing process is elaborated in detail.According to the IEC standard,the power frequency continuous current interruption test platform is built,and the power frequency continuous current interruption test is carried out.The experimental results indicate that the equipment is able to extinguish the power frequency continuous current with the peak value of 1.5 kA in approximately 800μs.The actual line operation data shows that the device may effectively extinguish the arc and significantly reduce the lightning trip rates.
