摘　　要：《新小说》作为中国第一份现代意义上的小说杂志,它的创刊与发行在中国现代小说兴起的过程中起到重要作用、扮演重要角色,在中国小说史上拥有独特的历史地位。对《新小说》创刊、发行、停刊、延期、复刊,以及基本栏目设置等基本事实问题的研究与厘清,既能够帮助我们确定一份杂志发展演变的基本轨迹,也能够帮助我们在特定的时代背景下重新审视杂志的特色与影响,帮助我们回到历史的现场,实现历史地审视杂志的意义与价值。New Novel,the first modern magazine with novels in China,has played a significant role in the emergence of the modern Chinese novels for its publication and distribution,taking a distinctive position in Chinese novel history.The study and clarification of the basic facts of its publication,distribution,suspension,overdue,and resumption as well as its basic column settings,help us to determine the basic track of its evolution and re-examine its characteristics and impacts under a specific context of the times,so as to return to the historical site and realize the significance and value of the magazine in a historical perspective.
