摘  要:昆明广播电视台在2009年开始进行了文件化流程的实验并小范围地投入到了实际工作中,于2011年全面实现了文件化的互联互通,但存在文件运转流程监管难的问题。不同的文件流程、不同的发起者,都需要根据需求定制不同的流程,安装配置不同的服务器组,存在服务器利用率低的情况。2018年,昆明广播电视台以高清化改造为根本,根据制播需求完成了文件化流程改造,实现了高标清制作网、广告制作网和高清播出的文件化互联互通。基于此,从不同维度对昆明广播电视台流程监控功能进行讨论分析,引入了正奇精瀚整备系统、工作流引擎模块及流程监控模块,根据业务特点,定义了工作流引擎模板,并配套流程监控模块,实现对工作流的精确监控和集中展现。Kunming radio and television station began to carry out the documentation process experiment and a small range of practical work in 2009, in 2011, fully realized the interconnection of documents, but there is a problem of file operation process supervision difficulties, for example, different file processes different initiators, need to customize different processes according to the needs, install and config of different server groups, there is a low server utilization situation. In 2018, based on the high-definition transformation, the documentation process transformation was completed according to the production and broadcasting requirements, and the documentation interconnection of high-standard production network, advertising production network and high-definition broadcast was realized.This article discusses and analyzes the process monitoring functions of our station from different dimensions, introduces the Zhengqi Jinghan maintenance system and the workflow engine module and the process monitoring module, defines the workflow engine template according to the business characteristics of our station, and supports the process monitoring module to achieve accurate monitoring and centralized display of the workflow.
