摘 要:随着大尺寸屏显示技术的发展,超高清的图像显示技术逐渐走向成熟。在大规模自动化生产过程中,为了对超高清音、视频处理主板进行测试,需要一种能同时输出音视频信号的测试源。通过对高清多媒体接口(High Definition Multimedia Interface,HDMI)信号传输机制研究,在一个现场可编程逻辑门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)芯片上,将低码率的音频信号插入到超高清视频数据码流中,设计并实现了超高清HDMI接口的音频测试信号源系统。首先,根据超高清HDMI接口信号的视、音频信号采样频率的比例关系,应用直接频率合成(Direct Digital Synthesizer,DDS)技术,产生对应不同采样频率的并行音频信号;其次将音频信号串行化,整合到视频信号中,送到接口信号转换芯片,输出超高清HDMI接口的音频测试信号。串行音频信号与超高清视频信号相匹配,实现了音、视频的同步传输。仿真与实验结果表明,系统实现了32 kHz、44.1 kHz、48 kHz、96 kHz等采样频率下的0.5~4 kHz的并行音频信号。同时,音频串行码流大于1.024 MHz。该信号源集成在一个FPGA芯片上,节省了专用的音频信号产生及处理芯片,提高了系统集成度。信号源系统已经在相关车间测试,参数满足实际生产要求。With the development of large screen display technology, Ultra High Definition(UHD) display technology is gradually becoming mature. In the process of large-scale automatic production, a test source which can output audio and video signal is needed to test the UHD processing motherboard. By studying principle of multimedia High Definition Multimedia Interface(HDMI), the low bit rate audio signal is inserted into the UHD video data stream in a Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) chip, and the audio test signal source system of UHD-HDMI interface is designed and implemented. Firstly, according to the visual and audio sampling relationship of UHD-HDMI interface signals, the Direct Frequency Synthesis(DDS) technology is applied to generate parallel audio signals corresponding to different sampling frequencies. Then the audio signal is serialized and combined with video, it is sent to the conversion chip to output the audio test signal with the UHD HDMI interface. The serial audio signal is matched with UHD video signal to realize synchronous transmission. Simulation and experimental results show that the system achieves 0.5~4 kHz parallel audio signals at sampling frequencies of 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 96 kHz. Meanwhile, the audio serial stream is greater than 1.024 MHz. The signal source is integrated on a FPGA chip, which saves the special audio generation and processing chip and improves the system integration.The signal source system has been tested in related workshops and the parameters meet the actual production requirements.
