北美高校图书馆出版馆员岗位设置及需求分析——以图书馆出版联盟Job Board招聘信息为例

摘　　要：本文选取2013-2020年图书馆出版联盟网站Job Board栏目中有关出版馆员的招聘信息,分析出版岗位的岗位名称、所属部门、岗位职责、任职资格等内容,并对我国高校图书馆出版馆员岗位设置及人才培养的提出几点启示:结合本馆实际情况科学设置出版馆员岗位;重视图书馆出版服务,为出版馆员提供良好的发展环境;多管齐下提升出版馆员素质与能力。This paper selects the recruitment information of publishing librarians in the column Job Board of Library Publishing Coalition website from 2013 to 2020, and analyzes the job titles, affiliated departments, job responsibilities and qualifications of publishing positions. It puts forward some suggestions to the establishment of publishing librarian positions and talent training in Chinese university libraries, including scientifically setting up publication librarian positions by combining the actual situation of the library;attaching importance to library publishing services and providing a good development environment for publication librarians;promoting publishing librarian’s quality and ability with a multi-pronged approach.
