摘 要:由于锈损、火灾或地震损伤、荷载变化等因素,在役空间网格结构常会承载力不足,需要进行加固.针对空间网格结构中常用的焊接空心球节点,通过8个球外加肋试件的轴拉破坏试验和有限元参数化数值分析,研究了球外加肋对焊接空心球节点的加固效果,得出如下结论:(1)轴拉作用下,焊接空心球、钢管与肋板连接处应力发展较快,最先达到屈服,而未加固试件在球管连接处最先发生屈服;(2)采用球外加肋法加固焊接空心球节点后,节点承载力提高30%以上;(3)球内加肋焊接球采用球外加肋加固后承载力提高系数小于无肋焊接球;随着管球直径比和空心球壁厚的增加,加固后节点轴拉承载力提高系数下降;在球径200~400mm范围内,随着空心球直径的增加,加固后节点轴拉承载力提高系数上升.Due to factors such as rust damage,fire or earthquake damage and load changes,the space grid structures in service often have insufficient bearing capacity and need to be reinforced.In this paper,for the welded hollow spherical joints commonly used in space grid structures,the reinforcement effect of the external ribs on welded hollow spherical joints is studied through axial tensile failure test and finite element parametric analysis of 8 externally ribbed specimens.The following conclusions are drawn.(1)Under the action of axial tension,the stress at the joint of the welded hollow sphere,steel pipe and rib plate develops faster and reaches yield first,while the unreinforced specimen yields first at the joint of the tube.(2)After the external rib is applied to strengthen the welded hollow spherical joint,the bearing capacity of the joint is increased by more than 30%.(3)The reinforcement coefficient of internally ribbed welded hollow joint reinforced by the external rib is smaller than that of the unribbed welded joint.As diameter ratio of the tube and the thickness of the hollow sphere wall increase,the improvement coefficient for the axial tensile strength of the joint decreases after reinforcement.When the ball diameter is within 200~400 mm,with increase of the hollow ball diameter,the axial bearing capacity coefficient of the joint increases after reinforcement.
