摘 要:为研究吉林市苇沙河水中重金属元素地球化学特征,评估河水的健康风险,采用单因子污染指数法对苇沙河水中Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、As、Hg等6种元素污染特征做出评价,并采用重金属污染指数法(HPI)对水质总污染情况做出评价,最后采用人体健康风险评价模型对研究区通过饮水途径引起的健康风险进行评价。结果表明,苇沙河河水整体污染程度较轻,个别样点Pb、Hg为轻污染;HPI评价结果显示有4个样点受到污染,污染点受尾矿影响较大。致癌元素As、Cd通过饮水途径造成的人均年健康风险为Cd>As,儿童健康风险值约为成人的3~4倍,更易受到污染威胁。非致癌元素Cu、Pb、Zn、Hg造成的风险远远低于推荐值,但Pb的风险值已超过可忽略风险水平。人均年总健康风险高于瑞典、荷兰、英国推荐的最大可接受风险水平。In order to study the geochemical characteristics of heavy metals in Weisha River,Jilin City and evaluate the health risk of the river,the pollution characteristics of Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,As and Hg in Weisha River were evaluated by the single factor pollution index method,and the total pollution situation of water quality was evaluated by the heavy metal pollution index method(HPI).Finally,the human health risk assessment model was used to evaluate the health risk caused by drinking water in the study area.The results show that the overall pollution degree of Weisha River is relatively light,and Pb and Hg in individual samples are light pollution.The evaluation results show that four sample points are polluted,and the polluted points are greatly affected by tailings.The per capita annual health risk caused by carcinogenic elements As and Cd through drinking water is Cd>As,and the health risk value of children is about 3~4 times that of adults,which is more vulnerable to pollution.The risk caused by non carcinogenic elements Cu,Pb,Zn and Hg is far lower than the recommended value,but the risk value of Pb has exceeded the negligible risk level.The total annual health risk per capita is higher than the maximum acceptable risk level recommended by Sweden,Netherlands and UK.
