长三角一体化发展背景下图书馆区域协调发展测度及路径优化

摘　　要：文章构建了图书馆区域协调发展指数评价体系,并利用统计数据计算了2010—2018年长三角地区三省一市图书馆5个维度的发展指数及高质量发展综合指数,并基于此提出长三角一体化发展背景下推动图书馆区域协调发展的路径优化,指出各地区图书馆需要在继续“扬长板”的同时,更加注重“补短板”,充分抓住长三角一体化发展背景下要素自由流动、扩大合作范围、深化合作层次等战略机遇。The article constructs the evaluation system of library regional coordinated development index,and uses the statistical data to calculate the five dimensional development indexes including library innovation and other four indexes and the high-quality development comprehensive index of the three provinces and one city in the Yangtze river delta region from 2010 to 2018.It is found that the path optimization of library coordinated development in the Yangtze river delta calls for the regional li braries to continue the“long board”and in the meantime should pay more attention to the“short board”,and to fully seize and take advantage of strategic opportunities like free flow,expanding cooperation scope,deepening cooperation level and others in the Yangtze river delta integration development.
