摘　　要：邻里图书馆作为公共图书馆创新服务模式的具体实践,既能实现图书馆服务泛在化,又能积极响应国家建设文化强国的战略目标。文章从理论的角度探寻邻里图书馆在图书馆学五定律、长尾理论和新公共服务理论中的支撑点,从发展的角度探讨邻里图书馆的现实意义,并为邻里图书馆未来发展提出相关建议。As the concrete practice of innovative service mode of public library,neighborhood library can not only realize the generalization of library service,but also actively respond to the national strategic goal of building a strong cultural country.From the perspective of theory,this article explores the support points of neighborhood library in the five laws of library science,long tail theory and new public service theory,discusses the practical significance of neighborhood library from the perspective of development,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the future development of neighborhood library.
