摘 要:利用固相反应法和溶胶-凝胶法分别合成出不同粒径的Y_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12)材料,并采用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、拉曼光谱(Raman)和紫外-可见-近红外光谱(UV-vis-NIR)等对其进行了表征.Y_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12)颗粒的大小对颜料的颜色有显著的影响.随着颗粒尺寸的增大,吸收峰峰位发生蓝移.晶胞参数随粒径的减小而增大,同时固相反应法制备材料的带隙比溶胶-凝胶法材料的带隙更窄.热致变色测试结果表明,固相反应法合成的Y_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12)样品在室温至500℃范围由绿色变为棕色,而溶胶-凝胶法合成的样品由亮黄绿色变为红棕色.研究表明,晶粒的尺寸不但可以调节材料的带隙,而且影响了其热致变色性能.The reversible thermochromic inorganic material of Y_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12) with different particle sizes was synthesized by conventional solid phase reaction method and sol-gel method.The prepared samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),Raman spectroscopy(Raman)and ultraviolet visible near infrared spectroscopy(UV-Vis-NIR).It is found that the size of Y_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12) particles has a significant effect on the color of the pigment.With the increase of particle size,the absorption peak has a blue shift.The band gap and lattice parameters increase with the decrease of particle size.The thermochromism of Y_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12) samples synthesized by solid phase reaction method changes from green to brown,and the samples synthesized from sol-gel method changes from bright yellow green to reddish brown.This work shows that the properties of thermochromic materials can be adjusted by particle size.
