摘  要:Wnt信号通路是一类广泛参与生物学过程的信号通路,分泌型卷曲蛋白(SFRPs)作为一种Wnt信号的拮抗因子,常常由于高甲基化导致表达沉默、Wnt信号异常激活,从而致使癌症的发生.所以SFRP基因家族也常常被看作抑癌基因.但目前也有报道发现SFRP基因家族在某些情况下也促进细胞增殖.因此,对SFRP基因家族在31种癌症中的表达进行了全面系统的研究.SFRP基因家族中的四个基因在不同的癌症类型中的表达存在显著的异质性.SFRP基因家族表达与患者生存率相关,在不同的癌症中,对患者作用的方向也具有明显的不同.免疫浸润、肿瘤微环境、药物敏感性分析均显示SFRP基因家族可作为单独的实体进行研究.虽然本文未进行系统的实验验证,但理论结果仍显示SFRP基因家族有望成为癌症治疗靶标.Wnt signaling pathway is a type of signaling pathway widely involved in biological processes.Secreted frizzled proteins(SFRPs),as an antagonist of Wnt signaling,are often silenced due to hypermethylation,leading to abnormal activation of Wnt signaling,leading to cancer happened.Therefore,the SFRP gene family is often regarded as tumor suppressor genes.However,there are also reports that the SFRP gene family also promotes cell proliferation in some cases.Therefore,in this study,we conducted a comprehensive and systematic study on the expression of the SFRP gene family in 31 cancers.There is significant heterogeneity in the expression of the four genes in the SFRP gene family in different cancer types.The expression of the SFRP gene family is related to the survival rate of patients.In different cancers,the direction of action on patients is also significantly different.Immune infiltration,tumor microenvironment,and drug sensitivity analysis all show that the SFRP gene family can be studied as a separate entity.Although no systematic experimental verification has been carried out in this article,the theoretical results still show that the SFRP gene family is expected to become a cancer treatment target.
