摘 要:目的 研究乐山市中医医院院内制剂羌霍蒲蓝胶囊的最佳制备工艺及质量标准.方法 采用正交设计,以出膏率为指标,研究院内制剂羌霍蒲蓝胶囊的最佳提取工艺.结果 羌霍蒲蓝胶囊的最佳提取工艺为加6倍量水,提取3次,每次煎煮2h;以糊精为稀释剂与羌霍蒲蓝干膏粉按1.5:1的比例混合,以水为润湿剂,湿法制颗粒,过16目筛制粒,装0号胶囊.结论 羌霍蒲蓝胶囊的制备工艺路线合理,制剂符合要求.Objective To study the best preparation technology and quality standard of qianghuopulan capsule.Methods Orthogonal design was used to study the optimum extraction process of qianghuopulan capsule.Results The best extraction process of qianghuopulan capsule was to add 6 times the amount of water,extract 3 times and decoct for 2h each time;dextrin was used as diluent and qianghuopu blue dry paste powder was mixed in the ratio of 1.5:1,water was used as wetting agent,wet granules were prepared,sieved through 16 mesh,and loaded with No.0 capsule.Conclusion The preparation process of qianghuopulan capsule is reasonable and the preparation meets the requirements.
