摘 要:重度哮喘仍是临床治疗的难点。深入剖析重症哮喘的发病机制,从而研发有针对性的新药并评估其疗效,亟需建立理想的重度哮喘实验动物模型,这对模拟重度哮喘患者的病理生理和临床特征,研究重度哮喘潜在的治疗靶点具有重要意义。本文将就建立重度哮喘小鼠模型的方法和实验应用作一综述。Severe asthma remains the bottleneck of clinical treatment.In order to deeply analyze the pathogenesis of severe asthma,so as to develop the new targeted drugs and evaluate the curative effects,it is urgent to establish an ideal animal model of severe asthma,which is of great significance to simulate the pathophysiological and clinical characteristics of patients with severe asthma and study the potential therapeutic targets of severe asthma.Here we summarized the establishment method and experimental application of the mouse model of severe asthma.
