顶层视角下前瞻性急诊抢救方案在脑出血患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨顶层视角下前瞻性急诊抢救方案在脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年8月1日~2019年7月1日收治的49例急诊脑出血患者作为对照组,实施常规性护理方案;选取2019年8月1日~2021年7月1日收治的50例急诊脑出血患者作为研究组,实施顶层视角下前瞻性急诊抢救方案。比较两组临床急诊救治时间、生存质量、家属负性情绪[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]。结果:研究组临床急诊救治时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组生存质量评分高于对照组(P<0.01);研究组家属SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对脑出血患者引入基于顶层视角下前瞻性急诊抢救方案,能提高患者临床救治率,且能改善家属的精神情感状况,值得在临床上进一步推广。Objective:To explore the effect of prospective emergency rescue scheme from the top perspective in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 49 patients with emergency cerebral hemorrhage admitted during August 1,2017 to July 1,2019 were selected as the control group,and the routine nursing scheme was implemented;50 cases of emergency cerebral hemorrhage patients admitted during August 1,2019 to July 1,2021 were selected as the research group,the prospective emergency rescue plan from the top perspective was implemented.Comparison was made between the two groups on the rescue time,the quality of life by questionnaire on quality of life;negative emotions in family members by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS).Results:The emergency rescue time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,survival status scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the SAS and SDS scores of the patients′family members in the study group were lower than those in the control grou(P<0.01).Conclusion:Introduction of the prospective emergency rescue plan based on top-level perspective can improve the clinical treatment rate of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and improve the mental and emotional status of family membersm which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
