摘 要:在空间视角下研究铁路货运发展与生态环境现状的关系有助于推动黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展。基于2008—2019年黄河流域8省(区)面板数据,测算并测度8省(区)环境绩效、铁路绿色货运,构造空间计量模型研究铁路绿色货运对环境绩效的影响。结果表明,黄河流域环境绩效存在随时间波动的空间自相关性。铁路绿色货运对本省(区)的环境绩效促进作用显著,对相邻地区呈现负溢出效应。技术创新对本省(区)及临近地区的环境绩效均有较好的促进作用。针对研究结果,黄河流域8省(区)应优化电力机车比例、提倡铁路绿色技术、加强技术创新并推进技术共享及应用,推动黄河流域铁路货运与生态环境相互促进发展。The research on the relationship between the development of railway freight transport and the present situation of ecological environment from the spatial perspective can facilitate the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin. On the basis of the panel data of eight provinces and regions in the Yellow River basin from 2008 to 2019, the environmental performance of the eight provinces and regions and the green railway freight transport were measured, and a spatial econometric model was constructed to study the impact of green railway freight transport on environmental performance. The results reveal that the environmental performance of the eight provinces and regions shows spatial autocorrelation that fluctuates with time. The green railway freight transport significantly promotes the environmental performance of each province and region and has negative spillover effects on its adjacent regions. In addition, technological innovation has a good promoting effect on the environmental performance of these provinces and regions and their neighboring regions. According to the research results,it is suggested that these provinces and regions should optimize the proportion of electric locomotives,advocate the green technology of railways, strengthen the innovation of technology, and boost technological sharing and application. In this way, the mutual reinforcement and development of railway freight transport and ecological environment in the Yellow River basin can be pushed forward.
