摘　　要：在发射机日常维护工作中,调整好各部件的参数,可以使发射机处于良好的运行状态,降低故障率,为安全播出提供可靠的保障。为此,简要介绍DF100A短波发射机部分保护控制电路的工作原理、调试方法以及调谐机构高端限位各部件的初始定位,详细介绍使用网络分析仪调试谐波滤波器的方法及在调试过程中需要注意的一些问题,供相关人员参考。In the routine maintenance work of the transmitter, adjusting the parameters of the components can make the transmitter in good running state, reduce the failure rate, and provide a reliable guarantee for safe broadcasting. Therefore, this paper briefly introduces the working principle and debugging method of the protection control circuit of DF100A short wave transmitter and the initial positioning of the high-end limit components of the tuning mechanism, and introduces in detail the method of debugging the harmonic filter with the network analyzer and some problems needing attention in the debugging process, for the reference of relevant personnel.
