摘 要:为明确2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂对菜青虫和小白菜桃蚜的最低有效作用剂量,试验以农药登记用量5.625~8.438 a.i.g/10^(4)m^(2)的低值为X,设置了1.00 X(5.625 a.i.g/hm^(2))、0.75 X(4.219 a.i.g/10^(4)m^(2))和0.50 X(2.813 a.i.g/10^(4)m^(2))3个农药梯度,用喷雾法对安徽合肥地区结球期甘蓝上3龄菜青虫和小白菜上桃蚜进行了防治试验。结果表明:在对药效影响极大的高温、高湿等自然条件下,0.50 X和0.75 X梯度的2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂对较大虫龄菜青虫的校正防效在药后7 d达到最高,为73.96%和81.95%;1.00 X梯度的校正防效在药后3 d和7 d分别为85.28%和89.85%;梯度为0.75 X和1.00 X的2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂在药后3 d、7 d对小白菜桃蚜的校正防效差异性不显著,7 d时的校正防治可达93.34%和93.96%。因此,在防治甘蓝田间菜青虫时建议施用1.00 X(5.625 a.i.g/10^(4)m^(2))浓度梯度的2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂,而在防治小白菜桃蚜时,建议使用0.75 X(4.219 a.i.g/10^(4)m^(2))的2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂,从而避免因过量施药造成防治成本增加及一系列的副作用。In order to determine the minimum effective dose of 2.5%lambda-cyhalothrin EW on Pieris rapae and Myzus persicae,the minimum effective dose of pesticide registered dosage 5.625-8.438 a.i.g/10^(4)m^(2) was X,three pesticide gradients,1.00X(5.625 a.i.g/10^(4)m^(2)),0.75X(4.219 a.i.g/10^(4)m^(2))and 0.50X(2.813 a.i.g/10^(4)m^(2)),were used to treat the third-instar of P.rapae and M.persicae in Hefei.The results showed that under the natural conditions of high temperature and high humidity,which had great influence on the pesticide efficacy,the correction control effect of 2.5%lambda-cyhalothrin EW with gradient of 0.50X with gradient of 0.50X and 0.75X on the 3rd-instar larvae of P.rapae reached the highest at 7 days after treatment,which were 77.70%and 81.96%.The correction control effect of 1.00X was 86.35%and 89.85%at 3d and 7d after treatment.The concentration of 2.5%lambda-cyhalothrin EW with gradient of 0.75X and 1.00X was not significant at 3d and 7d,and the control effect was 93.34%and 93.96%at 7d.Therefore,2.5%lambda-cyhalothrin EW with a concentration gradient of 1.00x(5.625 a.i.g/10^(4)m^(2))is recommended for control of P.rapae,and 2.5%lambda-cyhalothrin EW with a concentration gradient of 0.75X(4.219 a.i.g/10^(4)m^(2))is recommended for control of M.persicae,in order to avoid excessive use of pesticide caused by the cost of prevention and treatment and a series of side effects.
