摘 要:本研究以某水库水为研究对象,以其浊度为主要控制指标,对KMnO_(4)投加量、混凝剂种类和投加量进行了优化,同时考察了pH值对混凝沉淀的影响。研究结果表明:试验水质条件下,采用KMnO_(4)对原水进行预处理会导致浊度升高,但有利于降低混凝沉淀出水浊度;KMnO_(4)投加量应控制在2.2 mg/L以下,过高会导致出水携带色度;聚合氯化铝作为混凝药剂更适合于KMnO_(4)预处理后的水质,其投加量在30~50 mg/L时,混凝沉淀效果较好,其中投加40mg/L为最佳;水中pH值为7.5左右时,混凝沉淀效果较好,pH值过大或过小均会降低混凝沉淀效果。KMnO_(4)的预处理可使原水的pH值更有利于混凝沉淀,降低净水厂调节pH的需求。Taking a reservoir water as the research object,and turbidity as the main control index,the dosage of KMnO_(4),coagulant type and dosage were optimized,and the effect of pH on coagulation sedimentation was investigated.Results showed that the pretreatment of raw water with KMnO_(4) increased the turbidity of water but effectively reduced the turbidity of precipitated effluent water.The dosage of KMnO_(4) should be controlled below 2.2 mg/L,otherwise it would lead to increased turbidity of effluent.As a coagulant,polyaluminum chloride was more suitable for KMnO_(4) pretreated water.Coagulation and precipitation results were better than other dosage when the dosage was 30-50 mg/L,and the optimal dosage was 40mg/L.When the pH of water was about 7.5,the coagulation and precipitation effect was better,otherwise the treatment effect would be reduced.At the same time,it was found that pretreatment of KMnO_(4) could make the pH of water more conducive to coagulation and precipitation,and reduce the demand of adjusting pH for water treatment plant.
