摘　　要：壮医药线点灸疗法在广西壮族地区广泛流传。壮医药线点灸疗法具有简、便、廉、验、捷的特点,在临床中应用广泛,且疗效良好。如今,随着电子产品使用率明显上升,眼科疾病发病率逐年递增,通过查阅文献发现壮医药线点灸疗法在眼科疾病中疗效显著。结合该疗法的特色理论,从中医及壮医的视角比较分析常见的三个眼科病种(麦粒肿、老年性白内障、红眼病)的病因病机,综述该疗法治疗眼科疾病的研究进展,以期为壮医药线点灸疗法的临床应用提供理论依据。Zhuang thread-point moxibustion therapy has been widely spread in Guangxi Zhuang region for a long time.Due to its simplicity,convenience,cheapness,experience and agility,it is widely used in clinic and has achieved good curative effects.Nowadays,as the use rate of electronic products has increased significantly,the incidence of ophthalmic diseases is increasing year by year.By consulting the literature,the author found that this therapy has a significant effect in ophthalmic diseases.Therefore,this paper will discuss the characteristic theory of this therapy,analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of three common ophthalmic diseases(wheat granuloma,senile cataract and red eye disease)from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine and Zhuang medicine,and sort out the articles on the treatment of ophthalmic diseases with this therapy,in order to provide a solid theoretical basis for the clinical application of Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion therapy.
