基于恶露不尽模型大鼠的秀山地区特色炮制技术“十三制”香附炮制增效作用研究

摘　　要：目的:对比分析香附“十三制”法炮制前后对药物流产后雌性大鼠恶露不尽模型的炮制增效作用。方法:采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇灌胃早孕大鼠复制恶露不尽模型,观察各组大鼠造模后7d出血量及绒毛膜促性腺激素(CG)、雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)等雌激素的指标变化。结果:与正常妊娠组相比,模型组每日出血量和7d总出血量均显著高于正常妊娠组(P<0.01),血清雌激素绒毛膜促性腺激素(CG)、雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)水平亦显著下降(P<0.01)。给药后,“十三制”香附中剂量具有显著降低第2-4日每日出血量、7d总出血量和升高血清雌二醇(E2)的作用,“十三制”香附高剂量组具有显著降低第2-7日每日出血量(P<0.05)、7d总出血量(P<0.01)、血清绒毛膜促性腺激素(CG)(P<0.05)和升高血清雌二醇(E2)(P<0.05)的作用,其余各组无显著差异。结论:秀山地区特色炮制技术“十三制”法炮制香附确有治疗妇女产后恶露不尽的炮制增效作用,值得进一步传承和深入研究。Objective:Contrastive analysis of the synergistic effect of“thirteen system”method on the model of postpartum lochiorrhea in female rats after medical abortion.Methods:The postpartum lochiorrhea model was established by intragastric administration of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in early pregnant rats.The blood loss and the levels of chorionic gonadotropin(CG),estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)in each group were observed 7days after modeling.Results:Compared with the normal pregnancy group,the daily blood loss and the total blood loss on 7days in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal pregnancy group(P<0.01),and the serum levels of estrogen chorionic gonadotropin(CG),estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)were also significantly decreased(P<0.01).After the treatment,“thirteen systems”Processing high doses have significantly lower 2-4,blood loss,7ddaily total blood loss and increasing the role of serum estradiol(E2),“thirteen systems”Processing attached to the high dose group has a significantly lower 2-7,the bleeding(P<0.05),7ddaily total blood loss(P<0.01),serum human chorionic gonadotropin(CG)(P<0.05)and increase serum estradiol(E2)(P<0.05),the rest of the group no significant difference.Conclusion:The processing technology of“thirteen processing”in xiushan area has the synergism of processing in treating endless lochia after delivery,which is worthy of further inheritance and in-depth study.
